Booked in for a MOT and minor service, once I collected my car and asked how it went, they said service was OK and oil replaced. I said what about the MOT and they had forgotten to do it even though it was written in their book. Nearly 200 later and they couldn't even tell me what oil they used so I can keep it topped up.....won't be going back. Shame as was recommended.
