DON'T BOTHER USING THIS COMPANYHit a pot hole, bent the rim, tyre kept deflating, took the car to Alloy Art. Firstly quoted price for straightening and refurbishing wheel (so far so good). Will take 2 days so leave the car there and off I go, telephone call two days later car is ready to collect. Arrive back at Alloy Art to find that the bill was more than quoted because apparently there was a crack that they had to weld, (if I had know that I would have bought a new wheel rather than repair the existing one). My car was filthy dirty, dust inside and out looked like it had been in a woodworking shop and there was what looked like white paint dripped across the fabric roof and down the drivers door. "It's dirty around here" was all they said. Once the car was washed and cleaned I discovered a scratch on the rear bumper and the car valet company is saying that I need to re-dye the fabric roof as the white stains won't wash out.Yes the wheel appears to be repaired and it looks OK (I wouldn't say better than that) but at what cost?If that's how they treat a Bentley Continental GTC then they are a company to be avoided..
Wow... what can I say , or what cant I say... Booked in wheels for repair as I had a crack , helpful , polite , and knew there stuff , this was just a telephone call, was happy as... got there thought ... mmm maybe a colour change, bit last min, and thought thered say cant do that mate , but nope ,took the work on there and then , again spot on, cant of asked for better customer service , I dealt with a man called John. So he goes no problem, but I need wheels for 3 days, I was thinking, sugerballs, how Id get home ... but no.... this company is the one that just keeps giving ... would you like a loan set of wheels to keep you moving , I was like phew, yes please. Went back got wheels and there spot on , faultless , look like new , there was even A bloke there picking his M4 wheels up and he was more then impressed... Everything is done in house , from tyres off, acid dip, shot blasting, painting diamond cutting, tyres on. All done in a 2/3 day turnaround. Not one member of there staff was incompetent, every single person knew the answers to my questions, I just cant get over how good these guys are... and after speaking to John it transpires hes the owner.. what a genuine guy.. all of the team as a matter of fact are friendly and seem like a good bunch.Would I recommend... what you guys think HELL YEAH ... 5+ stars from me
Very pleased with the work done by Alloy Art. The wheels came back looking fantastic and tyres were refitted, balanced and inflated to the correct pressure (never experienced that from any tyre dealer or car dealer).Very pleased and won't hesitate to recommend them. Keep up great work. Thanks.
