Fantastic local movers - we had such a great experience with this company and the two employees we had were brilliant. Very helpful and careful with our belongings. They had all the covers and equipment needed and were quick and efficient. Highly recommended and reasonably priced too.
Horrendous company. Nothing smooth about them at all. Failed to deliver packing boxes on three separate occasions. A bad attitude on the phone. When I asked for a discount for the inconvenience of not delivering boxes. He (John) said that he wouldn't be able to do it any cheaper after expecting me to collect boxes from him. Bottom line don't be like John. Stay away from this incompetent outfit.
John and his team moved us a few weeks back and I must say what a wonderful company! We had so much stuff to move and they took care of everything including packing, couldn't of asked for any better help! They took a lot of care making sure everything was fully protected and safe when moving to and from the truck. Nice to see a family business that takes so much care in their customers. I got John and his team to move us. We had a lot of stuff not that you realise that when it is not boxed up. John came round and he knew exactly what size vans to use and everything was put into the vans with care using special covers to protect things that need covering. Lads were all polite and carried everything out in a very professional way. I would definitely use them again. Thank you for making our move 'smooth'.
