Avoid, impossible to book an appointment, never answer the phones, no answer phone service offered, rude staff! Once you do get spoken to youll be told all bookable appointments are taken then told to call on the day to which youll then be told the same thing, no customer care whatsoeverNote... 4 months since my review and they still dont ever answer if called, useless
I find the staff helpful. Ive always been seen promptly and by either a doctor or nurse as required.
Can take a while on the phone, however normally appointments are achieved same day which is a miracle compared to many other surgeries in the Rochford/Southend area. Some GP's/Nurses are better than others but this is common with any practice.
Constantly hanging on the phone , reception just don't bother unless you go in ! Their online repeat prescription is frankly a JOKE how older people are supposed to navigate that i don't know ! Time to change practise !
