This gym is how i wish all gyms were. Friendly and supportive, a group of like minded people who want to get in shape and want to help eachother out. Its got such a great community feel to it and the coaches are great. Always there to help you with technique and to correct anything about ut thats not quite right, to make sure you get a decent workout and dont get an injury. Id recommmend crossfit to everyone, and this gym is a shining example of how crossfit communities/gyms should be done!
Well organised box but a bit small
Awesome new gym, trainers are really supportive and enthusiastic and a great atmosphere to train in, would highly recommend to all fitness levels. Well worth it!:)
