Excellent friendly professional service
This has been my doctor's for most my life, they are simply brilliant there! The only downside is trying to call in the morning for an appointment, its a nightmare to get through!
As with any gp surgery, you have a wait on the phones, which can be frustrating but that's the NHS! It's not the fault of the reception staff, they can only work with what they have, but I have always found the staff to be friendly and very helpful.

Only recently moved to this surgery as my previous one was getting really bad but it makes this one look like an Oscar winner. Had a call from surgery advising that Doctor wanted to see me about my ongoing medication, of 3 years, prescribed by previous doctor would not be renewed until I see the doctor here. Was told to make a phone call at 7am on the day to make appointment as wouldnt make an appointment there and then. So now for three days I have been trying at 7am to get through but can't as everyone else is trying to get through at 7am, seems they wont take appointments at any other time of day unless its an emergency and would need to persist with calling at 7am. At that time of morning I have other things that I need to be doing rather than constantly calling the doctors, their system does not put you in a queue you just have to keep trying as it gives three engaged tones and then stops. It was suggested, when I got through on the 3rd day at 1pm I could use the drop in surgery open 7am - 8am but as at this time of morning I am busy doing other things, like travelling to work. Was then told next appointment that could book that was not on the day would be the 26th March so 12 days from now. This is REALLY BAD. If I can't get through in the morning to make an appointment and cant get in for the drop in I have to be near dead for doctor to see me. Doctors you should have the information in my notes as to why I have to have constant medication so stopping it and then not giving me an appointment to see you about it is poor customer care. I will be looking for another doctors asap.
