Great winter gear in there and I know it's only a small thing but their bags that you get when you buy things are great, instead of a plastic bag you get a medium/small duffle bag.
Very disappointing! After doing a search looking for snowboard shops in and around Chelmsford we thought we would take the 40min drive to Surfanic, my first impression from the outside was a big building and a big sign on the side of the building saying factory outlet! After walking in I was surprised on how small the shop was, what clothes I saw look ok but not a great deal on offer, as I wasnt there for clothing I was shock to be told that they do not sell and snowboard or sky equipment only clothes, helmet and gloves so complete waste of time!
