Ridiculous turnaround times to get cars out of a yard. Today's waiting time was 2 hours. If you think these guys work on a queuing system then think again, it's every man for himself. No customer service skills whatsoever, you will wait in reception for at least 5 minutes being looked at like you're interrupting the staffs daily chat before even being acknowledged. I honestly wouldnt even bother.
Arrived at 8am didnt get car till 9am & was 2nd in Q so loaders r in no hurry!! Forklift too small car bouncing everywhere! Loads of parts missing /stolen of car,engine cover,petrol cap,wheel centres,spot lights,mats,front grille! Very inaccurate photos,didnt show all the damage. Probably the worst copart I've been to! Wont be buying from this site again.

In term of buying and than wait for road tax / loogbook 5 to 6 weeks, Majority vehicles they Sell they dont come with loogbook, when you go to post office with V62 form for put a road tax than unfortunately DVLA decline you request and when you call DVLA they will say you to apply sorn and fill form called (v890) and send with v62 form together and wait for 5 to 6 weeks also you cant put road tax until you not receive the loogbook, and its just because as soon the car leave from owner or insurance companies the car owner they dont inform to DVLA for their car status so thats why you have to suffer the long waiting time so thats totally unlawful thing happening here they just sell or gives the vehicle to copart without informing DVLA. I tried to call dvla and copart so many times and to get understand the issue but as per DVLA they have nothing to do or in their hands thats owners responsibility or the buyer which is the copart, so copart seems have nothing legal in their hands that proof that the car is taken off from the current owner or any thing like that proof they have informed to DVLA anyway that issue need to resolved.
